Maintenance of instrument to
guarantee a long life time :


New instrument should be sterilized before first use
(ultrasonic cleaner, then autoclave).
All instrument should be cleaned immediately
after use. Use only disinfectants and cleaning solution
for use on Instruments no longer than 12 hours at temperature
250C. Instrument with joint have to be opened before cleaning
and disinfection. Dont use wire brush or abrasive cleaner,carbon steel,
nickel Or chrom plated should not be cleaned or sterilized
together with st.steel instruments-this could cause
corrosion.. After cleaning, wash instruments in distilled
water and dry it .. Dry instruments before sterilizing in
autoclave..
